Betsy Tinervin

Led by one of the top realtors in the state, Betsy Tinervin, prides herself in the numerous tasks she is proficient with. She is trained in endless aspects of the real estate field including but not limited to property management, real estate development, financial and asset management, general contracting, interior design and has years of operational management experience.

At an early age her parents became real estate agents, invested/purchased real estate, and finally her father created First Site, LTD a property management company and First Site Development, LTD a property development/construction company in Illinois. As a college graduate from Illinois State University with a Bachelor in Science, Betsy became a probation officer and worked with troubled youth. In 2008 she found her passion was in real estate and began working for the family business.

While working at First Site, LTD, she managed 1500 apartment units, retail and office space. She began as a receptionist and worked her way up to being the Operations Manager for the entire company supervising 7 managers in 3 different surrounding cities with a total staff of 65. Throughout her years of working for the company she was involved in 3 major real estate developments including a 55 and older tax credit senior living facility and 2 student housing apartment complexes that all have over 50 units each with budgets exceeding $14 million. Being involved in the development projects allowed her to create and interpret contracts, develop an extensive amount of construction and design knowledge as well as how to build relationships with people in her community.

Starting at ground zero with answering phones allowed her to tackle mastering each aspect of the property management company from collections to maintenance for student, residential, and government based housing. Building relationships with her clients, customers and people in the community came very naturally to her as well as having the responsibility of managing her client's money always ensuring they were receiving a profit off their passive income investments. She was very blessed to have a father who had an entrepreneurial spirit and had the foresight to train her with "hands-on" experience creating her to become a troubleshooter who had to think "outside of the box."

Betsy then sold her stock in the family business and decided to move to Tampa, Florida and pursue the next phase of her real estate career as well as create her own family business legacy. She obtained her Real Estate license and attended Fortune Builders Premier Real Estate Education Program in which is recognized nationally by real estate investors. She has gained the tools necessary to continue to make her and other investors money.

Betsy then began working for Florida Realty Investments and started Tampa Bay Investments, a full service real estate team. With her real estate and construction background she is able to fulfill your real estate needs. Her marketing background allows for a quick sale and her ability to evaluate properties will find you the perfect home for the right price.

 

Sean Wetherington

As a Florida native and a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Real Estate, Sean prides himself on delivering the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the current state of the market, its trends, comparable sales and property values. Orlando Ramirez

Originally from New York City, but throughout the years, Orlando has become a regular Tampanian who loves to enjoy the coast along with his fiancé and 4 children. In addition to his years as a Real Estate Professional, He has almost 20 years of sales and customer service that allows him to keep doing what he does successfully and joyfully for himself and most importantly, his clients. His philosophy is simple, and that is he wants to treat others the way he wants to be treated. Having quite a bit of life experience allows him to understand what his client needs at all stages of life whether it be schools, nightlife, outdoor adventure, dining and entertainment, medical facilities, etc. He can relate and has made it his passion to learn the ins and outs of this great area he serves. Kevin Dattola

Originally from Atlanta, GA, Kevin received a baseball athletic scholarship to attend the University of South Florida. He was then drafted by the Oakland A’s that led him to a 20 year career in professional baseball, that included stops in Japan and Korea. While playing, He has been able to meet and gain a lot of great relationships in the Tampa area, and around the world. He wanted to make a career move into Real Estate, something that had always intrigued him growing up in the Atlanta area. When he is helping friends and families find their next home, his attention to the small details, hard work, and the commitment to excellence that he displayed on the Baseball field will be beneficial. Kyle Silverstein

Kyle is originally from Long Island, New York before moving to Tampa. He is self-driven with an extremely hard work ethic. Kyle has an educational background at Barney Barnett School of Business and Free Enterprise with a degree of Bachelor of Science Business Administration. He has one year of sales experience at BlueGrace Logistics. He loves the Tampa bay and St. Pete area and he is looking forward to assisting people in finding the right home for them.

 

 

 

 

Joe Cuskey

Originally from the Midwest, Joe has been successfully working in real estate for over 20 years. Prior to joining EXP, Joe spent 7 years with the Minneapolis office of Marcus & Millichap where he specialized in Multi-family apartment housing and was a member of the Marcus & Millichap National Multifamily Housing Team. After moving to Florida, Joe was a Senior Advisor and member of the SVN National Multifamily Apartment Council as well as team leader of the SVN Florida Multifamily Apartment Team. Additionally, Joe has spent an extensive amount of time working with investors & investment capital to source & raise funds for all kinds of real estate investments. Joe has successfully closed over 150 single-family homes, multiple commercial assets, & over 2000 apartment units at a value of around $250 million dollars. When not at work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife Ali and their two boys around the pool or on the beach. Joe’s hobbies include Hockey, Football, Golf, & the Outdoors.

 

Leandro Favoreto

After living in the Tampa area for some time, Leandro knows the city very well. Throughout his educational years and experience with sports, he knows that he’s a competitor at heart. Having graduated from HCC and being a transfer at USF, he knows the importance of working hard and getting tasks completed. This will transfer over to his work with his clients to be done with honesty, loyalty, and precision. Kenrick Gleckler

Kenrick is a Tampa native, born and raised in the local area. Growing up, He was always involved with extracurricular activities through school and church. He graduated from Leto High School and Larson Educational Services. His current hobbies include spending time with his family, traveling, skydiving, and volunteering with various youth programs and organizations. After working 10 years in the Hospitality industry and starting several small companies, he realized the tide was about to turn for the Real Estate market. In 2011, he started studying real estate, going to real estate seminars, and networking with professionals in the industry. In 2012, he graduated from Larson Educational Services and passed the State of Florida Sales Associate License exam. He is a licensed Realtor. He specializes in representing his clients in the purchase or sale of single-family residences, income-producing, and Commercial properties in the Central Florida Region. Dylan Watson

Originally from the west coast, I moved to Florida when I was a sophomore and graduated from Riverview high school in 2010. Tampa is my favorite city and I decided to become a real estate agent so I could help others find where they belong in this beautiful state. One of my favorite past times is to explore Florida's natural springs, state parks, and beaches making Tampa the perfect middle point in the state. With my extensive sales background in numerous markets, I have a lot of connections to link my sellers to and my clients are always impressed by my commitment to succeed without fail.

I am 23, born and raised in Boston Massachusetts. I graduated from Salem High in 2016 and I moved to Florida when I was 21 because I believed my life was destined for more. My passion has always been helping others. I was a veterinary technician for several years, working with animals can make your worst days shine- but so can help out a family in need find their dream home. I went to college for health science/psychology. If I'm not working you can find me at the gym or meditating in the sun by a body of water. My goal is to help as many people as I can and make connections. I have a lab named Enzo that is the second most important thing to me, our favorite thing to do together is going to the beach. In 2010 began commercial investment properties. Currently a VP of a Corporation in new construction and HVACR.
